About College
Welcome to Regional College of Professional Studies & Research, one of the finest
institutions of under graduate studies in Bareilly. The College, founded in 2005, as the commerce
college under MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly has emerged as a unique institution
progressing towards unprecedented heights. Starting with just B.Com. course, the college has
now total of four courses to offer- B.Com., B.Com. (Hons.), B.B.A. and B.C.A. Today we have about
600 students in a beautiful and a well maintained campus. Our growth is not limited to the
number of students: we believe in a multifaceted growth. The number of students, faculty
members, teacher-to-student ratio, courses being offered to the students, facilities on campus,
cultural, social and all other activities, exposure to the faculty members and students, various
academic events, and our contribution to the society are all growing. Our drive for excellence
comes from our own inner self, and yet, it is collective.
The college's philosophy has been to develop leadership qualities through not only
classroom teaching and learning but also equally importantly through participation in cocurricular
activities. Apart from academic excellence, the thrust is also on personality
development and group dynamism for which sports facilities like cricket ground, volley ball,
table-tennis etc. of good standard have been developed. Consistent efforts are made for bringing
in refinement in everything that concerns the college.
The remarkable sense of community at Regional College starts in classrooms, where synergy
can be witnessed among the students and faculty members. We expect our graduates, equipped
with energy and drive to take this same team spirit and individual skill base to the work place,
demonstrating a passion for excellence and a characteristic Regional College brand of
commitment and go-getter attitude.
The College has been fortunate, right from its inception in having a highly qualified, efficient
and dedicated teaching fraternity. They have proved themselves to be fit instruments in
moulding the personalities and careers of their students, always motivating the students in the
pursuit of excellence and inspiring them with lofty ideals of social and national awareness.
Students hence have an opportunity to learn from some of the top scholars in their disciplines
who are dedicated both to quality education and to expanding our understanding of business and
economic issues. A careful blend of outreach and classroom instruction creates an advantage for
our students that is hard to duplicate and always keep them ahead.
