We have a team of extremely talented & dedicated faculty who have a long professional
experience in institutions of repute. At RC, faculty members collectively bring in methodological
mastery, intellectual rigor, business perspectives, and practical experience into educational
process. They create critical knowledge and innovative ideas that guide students to become
leaders and decision makers of tomorrow. Their superb teaching methodology imparts students
with depth of expertise and breadth of wisdom, experience, and leadership. They are highly

Effective Teaching Methodology
RC is committed to the delivery of a high-quality learning experience using a combination of
traditional methods and more innovative teaching approaches to commerce & business studies.
At RC, lectures play a key role in course delivery, setting out the main themes and issues
associated with course material. Through lectures, the faculty members provide students with
insight into the theoretical and conceptual aspect of commerce subjects. The faculty members
also use case study-based methods to impart students with managerial skills and knowledge.
Regular Assessment
Continuous assessment of students' learning improves the level of academic delivery and
allows the faculty to identify those areas of teaching, which require immediate improvement.
The faculty members at RC regularly assess the performance of students through collecting
feedback on how well their students are learning what they are being taught. They also share
feedback with students to help them improve their learning strategies and study habits in order
to become more independent and successful learners. The purpose of the assessment by the
faculty members is continuous monitoring of students learning and revisions, when necessary
and possible. Whatever the faculty members observe in students during their assessment, they
register the observation, and make required modifications and implement this quickly in their
academic delivery.
Student Friendly Environment
Students at Regional College are encouraged to be active members in their own educational
experience, instead of being silent bystanders to what the system has in store for them. This is
made possible through teaching methodologies, that prioritize learning through direct
experience. Students are free to question the lecturer (lecturers are viewed as facilitators rather
than the traditional teacher)
No-coaching Requirement
Coaching/Tution are undoubtedly heavy on students' time and money. We have taken an
initiative to create a study environment wherein the student fulfills all his educational needs in
the campus itself. After the lectures are over, a special interactive session with the lecturers has
been planned where the student can feel free to clear his doubts and get assistance in completion
of his assignments.

The college campus at Pilibhit by-pass road opposite to Mahanagar colony is just a few
minutes drive from any corner of the city and can be reached by multiple modes of transport
including college transportation.
Rich Library
The Library serve as a backbone to all academic activities. Our library houses a collection of
text and reference materials, journals, magazines, which have been carefully selected from a
number of professional institutions.
Classrooms
The amphitheater style classrooms provide the most conducive atmosphere for dynamic &
focused discussions. Interactive learning is augmented by sophisticated audio-visual aids and
advanced presentation too
Wi-Fi Computer Lab
Regional College has state-of-art computer lab that provides computing facilities comprising
of the latest computer machines linked to wide range of software, communication and printing
services. The lab is completely wireless and wi-fi enabled where all PCs are inter connected to the
internet through broadband connection.
Regular Seminars & Workshops
Regional College has a very clear policy of imparting practical and career focused education
apart from syllabus teaching. Seminars and tutorials provide the framework for more detailed
exploration and analysis, offering the opportunity for small groups of students and a teacher to
discuss and share ideas. The faculty members also give emphasis on experiential learning through
involving students to apply theoretical knowledge to a real-world business issue. Experimental
learning gives students a "nuts-and-bolts" training approach to finance and I.T. sector.
Placement Support
Regional College pays close attention to the placement for the graduating batch. Every
member of the faculty and staff works closely with the industry to get our students the best jobs
(interim and final) that are in line with their skills.
Total Personality Development
Special Yoga classes would be undertaken by experts who would teach the students to relax,
renew and increase concentration for better productivity. Special workshops have been planned
on handling interviews and group discussions by experts which is of great help to the students for
their future.
Sports Facilities
In tune with the objective of all round development of students, various sporting and
physical development activities would be encouraged amongst students. To enable students to
enjoy sports, the campus is equipped with a running track, cricket field, volley ball, football etc.
Transport Facility
Bus facility has been provided for the convenience of students who reside far from the
college.
In-Campus Canteen
A canteen is provided in the campus which shall provide fresh, standard quality hygienic
snacks to the students without the trouble of leaving the campus.
Periodic Reports to Parents
The College will furnish a Performance Report of each student to the parents periodically. A
quarterly attendance report of each student will also be forwarded by the principal.
