Dear parents and applicants,

We are building Regional College brick by brick to emerge as an institution of great respect and value to all its stake holders- students, parents, staff, faculty, business, community and the country. RC belongs to all.

However, the above cannot happen without a clear vision, mission and processes built on principles and implemented unwaveringly. Active involvement of students and their hard work, support from parents and most importantly the dedication of the faculty and staff, are essential to accomplish this tall order.

Our endeavor is to sculpt leaders out of students. Sculpting will generate sparks, heat, dust, noise and pain. Habit patterns are to be altered and paradigm shift has to be effected. Our mentoring, coaching, guiding and all other steps are to make them emerge as respectable executives/entrepreneurs, of performance in the business world.

RC is for those students and parents who believe that... money, money, money and more money- is not the objective of life, work and enterprise. Making money/profit should only be a means towards spreading peace, prosperity, harmony, health, happiness and a healthy environment around. Wealth creation should not be the end. But creating and distributing it (products and services) to enable people to have a responsible, respectable, comfortable, harmonious and joyful life- personal, family and social-should be the purpose. Profit must be consequential and it should be there.

RC is not meant to earn private wealth to its promoters. It is an organization with a heart and soul striving to create executive and entrepreneurial leaders with heart and soul. It believes that truth, ethics, values, reverence to life of all beings and the life giving Mother Nature-must form the core of all human endeavors. RC looks for such conviction driven students and parents to be its patron members. We wish that students come prepared and parents stand by us, for this beautiful journey.

I believe you will like the atmosphere and will wish to come to us for an excellent education and hopefully the most memorable years of your life so far.
